Originally an 0-6-4 tank engine built by Mr Murcott senior in approximately 1965. It was purchased by RVR in 2014, with the Curwen Atlantic and Bullock which all came from Wales.
I brought the loco from RVR in late 2014, stripped it down for overhaul and that’s as far as I got.
The loco is available in strip down form. Motion still on chassis. The boiler has a new valid 10 year hydraulic on it. Has an axle pump and buffalo injector. Cylinder bore is 4″ by 4.5″ stroke. 9″ wheels. Wheelbase is 2ft overall.
It is not to scale proportions but will make a very nice over scale loco.
