Lister powered industrial quarry-style locomotive with 1.5 horsepower Lister D petrol engine powering an Eaton hydraulic gearbox. Finished in tractor grey.
Gauge adjustable from any gauge between 7 ¼ inch up to 15 inch gauge within minutes. Ideal for less common gauges such as 9 inch or 12 ¼ inch as well as the more common gauges of 7 ¼ inch, 10 ¼ inch and 15 inch.
The wheels slide along a keyway and lock in place with grub screws and an Allen key. It takes about 5 minutes to set up at a new track.
Seat and controls fit in toolbox at front for transportation.
This loco has only been used at the last 7 1/4 Inch Gauge Society AGM and performed well with lots of power; can carry a passenger on toolbox
Lister engine well serviced and parts cleaned with a new plug.
No couplings as people use different systems.
Measures 6 foot long by 25 inches wide.
