Ruislip Lido Railway

The platform at Woody Bay station on the 12 inch gauge Ruislip Lido Railway has been extended over the winter months. The extension is slightly higher than the existing platform.

The railway is about a mile long and trains operate between Woody Bay and Willow Lawn via Haste Hill (set down only).

Services were hauled by No.8 ‘Bayhurst’ a 4w-4w diesel locomotive built by Severn Lamb in 2003.
